Privacy policy

Effective 19 October 2026

Wardbloom is an early, closed-beta product. This page explains, in plain language, what this website does with information about you. If something here stops being true, we will update this page before it changes.

What the enrollment form collects

  • Your email address, if you enter one.
  • The camera brands and smart-home systems you select, so we can check compatibility.
  • Campaign tags from the link you arrived on (for example utm_source), so we can tell which advertisement brought you here.
  • A random session ID and basic activity events such as viewing the page, opening the enrollment form and moving between its steps. The session ID is a random string; it is not linked to your name.

Card details are never collected

The enrollment form shows card fields as part of a test of the sign-up experience. Whatever you type there is checked in your browser for a plausible length and then discarded. It is not stored, sent to any server, logged, or included in any event. No payment is taken, and the page you reach afterwards says so.

Where this information lives

Right now the details above are kept in your own browser, using session storage and local storage on your device. This website does not send them to a Wardbloom server. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The email address is held only for the current browser session.

We will update this page before we begin receiving enrollment details, using analytics tools, or emailing beta applicants, and the update will say what is collected, why, and who processes it.

Third parties that see your visit

  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. As our hosting provider it processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser type to serve pages and protect the site.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which therefore receives your IP address.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Children

Wardbloom is intended for parents and guardians. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
